Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Less is More - How Great Companies Use Productivity.....
Jason Jennings provides an entertaining, informative and understandable view into the cultural and organizational methods used by some of the world's most successful companies in his new book LESS IS MORE. He provides relevant points which translate well into any business. The book reads well, it's edgy and fast paced but down to earth and it's content is highly applicable. Well done and worth reading.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Required Reading
When Fast Company Magazine reviewed this book and called it the new In Search Of Excellence I bought it immediately and I agree with their review. Jennings has taken eight of the most productive companies in the world - newly discovered companies that haven't been written about to death - and shares their operating secrets. For me the three most important lessons were: the role of systems in every aspect of every business, the negative role that lay-offs play in businesses trying to be more productive and the way that productive businesses use 'drivers' to manage their businesses not financial statements. The examples he uses are compelling and the book is a page-turner. His stories about Ryanair, World Savings and IKEA are priceless. I'd recommend this book to anyone who owns a business, manages a business or aspires to own or manage. It's a must read. Jennings just keeps churning out one hit after another.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Less is More is what we need More of
I first heard of "Less is More" in a recent HBR issue and immediately purchased a copy. I promptly read the book cover-to-cover over one weekend. Jason Jenning's insights and writing style riveted me as well as any mystery novel. In a simple and evincing style Jennings tells the story of several great companies that are essentially poster children for productivity. He not only sets out the "what" and "how" these enterprises blow away their competitors by focusing on productivity drivers, but also the "why". The "why" of what drives the great leaders of these great companies.

I've recommended the book to several friends and colleagues and they in turn to their friends.

To those who have read this review you have one simple "BIG" objective. Buy and read the book. Because it will answer "WTGBRFDT" for you.
